In2009, the state grid company built the concept of "Strong Smart Grid", since then, the development of the electric power network of our country has entered a new period."Strong Smart Grid", which aims at the intelligence of the power network, is based on smart-grid technology. By the utilization of electronic terminal, it also will realize the net interaction and instant connection between the users, and also the users to the grid company. By the real-time, high-speed and two-way data reading,"Strong Smart Grid" can also realize the remote control of the power, telegraph, television and the appliance, as same as the integrated charged battery packs. With the data integrated, power network management optimized, at the end, it will update the network to a novel interactive mode, provide the users radically new service, improve the network’s reliability, availability and integrated efficiency.As the underlying foundation of Strong Smart Grid, distribution and utilization communication network will provide information channel to ensure the normal running of distribution and utilization network, the quick response of power failure, the effective use of resource, the run-time execution of service, the sustainable production of electric. In order to provide the two-way information street, state grid company laid a set of optical fiber network with the transmission lines, and now has realized100%of the110kv and above transmission lines. However, the infrastructure of fiber access, which needs plenty of fiber lines, costs a lot. And it is very difficult to set up the networks, since the construction is very hard. Therefore, it is not usually a good option to build a fiber communication network in the "last mile".As an effective solution for the "last mile", wireless communication technology makes use of the wireless medium without space limitation, will provides an effective coverage for those complex communication condition. WLAN, as wireless communication local network with wireless medium, has many advantages, for example:low cost, high efficiency and flexibility, high throughput, reliability. Therefore, this paper will analyzes the construction of distribution and utilization network with WLAN, in order to provide reference for the power wireless network.This paper, will analyze the application of WLAN in the system of utilization and distribution information acquisition, which is based on the802.11n wireless local area network (WLAN). The net of the utilization and distribution information acquisition is at the end of the power communication network, has a lot of terminal nodes with an uneven distribution in a complicated environment. Therefore, this paper will research the net planning of the system of utilization and distribution information acquisition based WLAN, with the utilization of a kind of data acquisition algorithm of adaptive time and a resource allocation policy base on maximum urgency first. At the end, it will provide a reference for the network construction of the "Strong Smart Grid".
