With the rapid development of mobile communication services, more and more people enjoy the convenience which brought about by the development of mobile communications. Nowadays, there are four networks: 2G network, 3G network, WLAN network and 4G trial network to make China’s mobile communication system stronger. 2G network is still the main communication network, which has the most extensive coverage, most users and most wide range of applications. Meanwhile, 3G network and WLAN network are in the stage of rapid development with providing the public with a better quality of data services. However, with the rapid growth of the network size, a variety of new problems are exposed constantly in networks, such as wireless network resource allocation, wireless network performance optimization, network accurate Planning under the high speed development of WLAN.In order to solve the three outstanding issues above, we have been studied with practice from 3 aspects: resource allocation principles, configure algorithm and application examples, then find a way to be optimization of resource allocation and guidance about GBL, GSL, PCU and PDCH in GPRS network.In terms of optimization of wireless network performance, in order to give full play to the network resources utilization efficiency, according to a large number of sample points in-depth statistical analysis, this paper covers three aspects that are entire network level, cell level and sub-scenarios to determine the upper control limit for the wireless utilization optimization to guide the actual production.The paper focus on network hot issue to analysis radio network performance, such as the PCH paging that aspect network access performance optimization and the hidden failures which affect network performance and stability issues, then I make algorithms rules by integrating theory with practice, Proposed a set of optimization methods for wireless network performance, which has been verified correct and effective.This paper discussed the collaborative optimization among 2G,3G and WLAN, focusing on exactly deployments of WLAN sites and collaborative business shunt between 2G and 3G hotspots. The paper proposed one method of precise deployment of WLAN sites based on monitoring the PS signaling, which solved the current cold with hot issues of WLAN. The author developed an automated analysis tool to make the planning of WLAN sites more efficient and more accurate which can guarantee coordinated development of WLAN,GSM and TD-SCDMA network.
