The Cathodic Protection Potential Upload Management System Based On Wireless Sensor Network

With our country’s rapid economic development, increasing demand for energy, it needs to invest a lot of manpower and material resources to guarantee the safe operation of the energy pipeline transportation, cathodic protection potential acquisition system based on wireless sensor networks provides an important basis for the management of the energy pipelines, regular collection data on energy pipelines have important significance for the normal operation of pipeline transportation. But energy pipelines are usually deployed in relatively poor condition of the place, the data signal transmission may appear lost or delay and other problems. In the post-maintenance wireless sensor network system, taking into account the accuracy, reliability and security, it is very important of develop cathodic protection data upload management system based on wireless sensor data table.The project objective depended on the paper is to develop wireless sensor network data table, it can read and store wireless sensor gateway node’s data, and upload to cathodic protection data upload management system. In order to guarantee the reliable, stable and safe operation of the wireless sensor network system, the paper carried out the design and development work of cathodic protection data upload platform.The paper mainly completed the following work.(1)Wireless sensor data table hardware analysis;(2)Data transmission system framework design between the controlling server and the data table; (3)Design the software parts of the data table based on2;(4)Design data storage format and upper controlling software based on2;(5)Design and develop cathodic protection data upload management platform through the research and analysis of data upload, data management and data visual monitoring.
