Design And Development Of The Whole Life Cycle Management And Safety Operation And Maintenance Monitoring Information System Of Communication Tower Based On Smart Card

With the continuous deepening of the research of communication technology and Internet of things,the society is moving towards the direction of artificial intelligence.As the most basic facilities to achieve communication technology,communication tower is responsible for a very important role in the communication.With the growing number of communication towers,data information of equipment management,operation and maintenance are also increasing.Towers are located outside the main environment,which is not easy for the staff.Traditional data management methods have been unable to meet the needs of development of data and information.The whole life cycle management and security monitoring and maintenance information system based on smart card is developed in the research.Data acquisition,local base station(lower computer),remote monitoring center(PC)and data transmission are included in this system.Based on the four modules,the upper and lower computer equipment monitoring management,communication tower safety operation and maintenance management and integrated service applications and other functions are designed.In order to improve the accuracy of the monitoring system,the Kalman filter algorithm to deal with the data collected by multiple sensors is also used.According to the actual situation of the data transmission,the corresponding three layer data transmission protocol,multi thread data transmission and processing method are designed.The application of smart card is also added in the architecture,and the closed loop monitoring system is established.Communication tower equipment life cycle management and safety operation and maintenance monitoring information system not only can help monitors with real-time monitoring,fault analysis and diagnosis,but also can help the maintenance staff to maintain the communication tower in time,and it is helpful to prolong the service life of the communication tower.
