Since the scale of electric telecommunication network is continuously expanding, equipment operation and maintenance have been increasingly complicated, which requires effective methods to evaluate indicators of the network so that administrators can take control of network scale and operation situations and make reasonable decisions to ensure the stabilities and sustainable development of the electric telecommunication network. According to the existed operation process of the electric telecommunication network indicators statistics and analysis, the process of manual statistical analysis and report is faced with many problems such as submission delay, data error and subjective influence. So this paper proposes the design and implementation of an electric telecommunication network indicators statistics and analysis subsystem to satisfy real-time, accuracy and completeness requirements in the process of indicators statistics and analysis.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the electric telecommunication network indicators statistics and analysis subsystem. The system is divided into four modules:indicators modeling module, indicators computing and storage module, indicators data application and manual calibration module. The system is based on the Node.js operation platform. The infrastructure takes use of TCP Socket techniques to implement communication and synchronization interfaces to the basic data of the electric telecommunication network management system, fetching the metadata for indicators calculation. The data layer uses Redis Key-Value database which supports fast and frequent operations. The logic layer implements indicators modeling, indicators cyclical calculation and manual calibration process. The view layer implements indicators data application, which allows users to define customized reports to demonstrate indicators data in multiple ways.This paper firstly introduces the background of the electric telecommunication network indicators statistics and analysis subsystem, showing the research goals and significance of this paper based on current situations, and introduces the main content of the research. Secondly this paper introduces the technical frameworks involved in the implementation of this system. Thirdly, this paper makes requirement analysis for the system, including feasibility study, user authorizations and role analysis, and use case modeling. Finally, this paper makes detailed design and implementation for the system, introducing each functional modules from bottom to top and vividly with demonstrations of the user interfaces. Discussions of the technologies, goals, deficiencies and prospections are given at the end of this paper.
