Now in our country the miniature loudspeaker assembles basically through artificialstream-lined line. but with the requirements of the productivity and labor costs continue toincrease,at the same time,competition between the Enterprises is becoming increasinglyfierce and customer requirements for product quality is also rising,R&D and manufacturingof automation equipment is particularly important,is of great significance to enhanceChina’s overall ability of equipment manufacturing.The article is aimed at automatic equipment for membrance to frame process in themicro loudspeaker assemble processes.The structure and working principle, process andothers of the manual pressure device on the market are analyzed in detail in the research andthe shortage and merit of the manual pressing device are summed up. Based on the idea offrom the top to bottom and the modular design method the automatic pressing machine formembrance to frame has been designed and studied. The key part of the equipment-----thepressing part has performed the analysis of the kinematics simulation by ANSYS Workbenchand obtained the instantaneous speed, acceleration of the pressing part in contact withthe rubber surface. The result is a high design efficiency and shorter design cycle,in thesame time,it is a good reference for the control system design.Pressuring part is the key tothe whole automatic equipment,so the pressing part is conducted the pressing test. Based onthe theoretical calculation and the simulation results result,the pressure control system of thepressing part has set up different pressure values for collecting the geometric position errordata and the pressing pressure. In the article,the detailed analysis of experimental data andresults is done to find out the relationship of the pressure value and the pressing results andimprove the design of the pressure part. Improved design of the pressing part was also pressing tested. The results show that the geometric accuracy of pressure increased andthe qualified rate of finished product also increased.The research provides some referencevalue for the design of this kind of automatic equipment with the small pressure....
