The Research Of Landslide Monitoring And Warning System Based On IOT Technology

Landslide is a kind of geological disasters with high destruction, it has a serious threat in industrial and agriculture production also in People’s life and property. Therefore, the study of landslide monitoring and warning system has economic and social significance. The traditional landslide monitoring and warning system mainly uploads data to the main console through wired network,and then broadcast warning information by the artificial way. As the landslide is commonly located in remote areas where the geography condition is complicated which results in the difficult line construction and limited power supply, the traditional way considers to be in low degree of automation, lack of monitoring precision and timeliness.In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional landslide monitoring and warning system effectively, this system has achieved the design of landslide monitoring and warning system by using IOT (Internet of things) technology. Completing the entire process which contains the design of blueprint to the software and hardware, we can perform real-timely precise monitoring and intelligent warning broadcast on landslide effectively.This system mainly introduces the design and implementation of landslide data acquisition terminal, PC’s software of the main console and alarm terminal from network sensing layer, network layer and application layer of IOT. Date acquisition terminal uploads the data of displacement, acceleration, angular velocity and the information of video image to the main console efficiently and real-timely through the combination of GPRS and industrial Ethernet networks. After processing by it, PC’s software of the main console will send an alert command to the alarm terminal intelligently. Alarm terminal will start the device of alarm:the way of alarm includes alarm whistling, indicator lamp changing and alarm message sending.This system may have the following innovation points:(1) Transmitting the data through the combination of wireless and wired network, it solves the problem of the difficulty of cable deployment.(2) Adding to the video information acquisition, we can know the condition of the disaster in time.(3) Based on the prediction algorithm of Lyapunov index, it can improve the accuracy.
