Research Of Embedded Smart Home System

With the gradual progress of science and technology, people’s demand is also growing, smart home control system also become more and more intellectualized. At present, smart home products on the market is expensive and the standard is not unified, which is far from people’s expectations. Based on this, this paper design a embedded smart home control system which is cost and easy operation.First, paper analyzes the research status of smart home system at home and abroad, and design the overall framework of system in detail, that is, smart phone that equipped with smart home application software as the client, and communicate with gateway through the internal/external network, the ZigBee module integrated on the gateway communicate with other ZigBee module in the family, thus the client implement equipment control and environmental data collection.Then set up the software and hardware platform, in the aspect of hardware, remote control of the home electric appliances can be realized by a mobile client Android smart phone; Gateway adopts STM32F103chip as the core controller, and design the external Ethernet communication module, the WiFi module, ZigBee communication module, storage module, power module and so on; According to different family environment and the controlled object, we use the TI CC2530chip design different terminal node control circuit to implement equipment control and environmental data collection. In the aspect of software, we implement the transplantation of operating system p.C/OS-111and TCP/IP protocol stack uIP on the gateway, and design the main program flow chart of gateway and communication protocol between gateway and terminal; On the terminal node we finish the design of communication process between the terminal and gateway; We develop Android application software, realize the communication between mobile client and gateway by the combination of internal and external network, graphical interface is used to implement the operation of household equipment, software functions mainly include user login, equipment state and environment data view, equipment control, configuration and scene mode setting.Finally, the whole system was tested, the test results show that the embedded smart home system developed in this paper can realize the remote control of equipment, and achieve the desired requirements.
