The theme of this thesis is Dongzhan company’s network electronic commerce system software development. This system’s development is to support the enterprise’s new marketing strategy with the construction of information technique based enterprise management implementation. It mainly discusses software design and implementation of some typical functions such as purchasing management, marketing management and backstage order management, etc.The thesis discusses this electronic commerce system’s development foundation, demand analysis, software design and implementation. First, it summarizes the system’s development and application basis. Then, it gives demand analysis such as the system’s basic transaction management. Focusing on discussing purchasing and marketing management functions and business management function in backstage, it analyzes some sub-functions including purchasing management, special marketing management, purchase order processing, business analysis and statistics, etc. This thesis discusses the electronic commerce system software, especially its general structure, database design and main business management modules’ design scenarios. It also discusses main function modules’ programming and system test, and summarizes the system’s development and application status in the end.This electronic commerce system’s software basic business functions are developed on Tomcat platform and Java, it visits and calls for environment resources by Java API Package. Backstage database system is DB2server. This system is finished with test-running on-line now and runs stable and reliable. It reaches its development goal both in function and performance.
