Development And Application Of Temperature Control System On Mass Concrete

The temperature of all mass concrete should be controlled during the construction period, reduce the temperature difference between internal and external or base and prevent cracks. It is the presuppositions to obtain inner temperature field information timely and correctly comprehensively realize and control the temperature stress caused by temperature changes and prevent harmful cracks from forming and developing. However, the temperature field monitoring is the weak link of dam safety monitoring for a long time, so need to have a set of suitable for temperature control of mass concrete construction of monitoring system. In order to solve this problem, this paper design a temperature control system of mass concrete. The main contents are as follows:Firstly. The paper introduces the significance and research state of monitoring temperature on mass concrete.Secondly. Presents detailed expatiate on system constructor, hardware and software design. Based on the CC2530and DS18B20of wireless temperature monitoring. Through the way of LabVIEW integration into a system monitoring computer in field implements temperature monitoring and data storage.Then next, it simply introduces system application in simulate project befor actual construction, ready to technical reserves technical.
