Research On Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinion Management In Jinzhou New District

Currently, China is in the social transition and conflict-prone period, but has also entered the information age. As a result, users show their demands through the network, leading to the frequent occurrence of network public opinion crises and interacting with events in groups. Effective improvement of management capabilities of network public opinion becomes a major issue for Jinzhou New District Administrative Committee and all departments.This paper uses comparative analysis, case studies, literature research method, historical analysis and other method to conduct investigation and in-depth analysis on the leadership, agencies, workflow, management mechanism and management effects and other aspects of network public opinion management in Jinzhou New District. It classifies the found issues and explores the deep-seated causes, putting forward solutions accordingly.The analysis reveals that there are many problems in the network public opinion management in Jinzhou New District such as insufficient attention of a part of leaders and staff to network public opinion, low quality of treatment on public opinion, inadequate institutional mechanisms, and uncoordinated operation of existing regulatory agencies. By drawing on domestic and foreign research results, it puts forwards solutions from the aspects of enhancing understanding, improving institutional mechanisms, focusing on management methods and perfecting network environment. It also proposes programs for effective management of public opinion from the aspects of establishing long-term mechanisms, achieving symmetry of government affairs disclosure and information, building credible and service-oriented government, thereby providing a reference for network public opinion management in Jinzhou New District.
