With the rapid and vigorous development of the Internet and intelligent mobile terminals,the traditional public opinion is gradually replaced by the network public opinion.The three characteristics of the network public opinion,the fast speed,the wide range and the great influence,make the Internet platform quickly become the main battlefield of public opinion communication.As an important part of the national government's economic management and service,the tax department is responsible for not only the livelihood of our country,the daily life of the people,but also the vital interests of the people.With the continuous improvement of the awareness of taxpayers,the awareness of the rule of law and the awareness of safeguarding their rights among the people,the people's attention and sensitivity to the cause of taxation have also greatly increased.In such a big environment,tax related disputes,contradictions caused by the tax related network public opinion continue to occur frequently,which has brought a great test for the tax authorities' network public opinion management.Therefore,how to improve the management ability of tax related network public opinion,how to eliminate the negative stereotype of most natural persons on tax authorities,how to reduce the disputes and frictions between tax workers and taxpayers,and how to create a more healthy and orderly tax related public opinion environment have become the national tax authorities at all levels and related taxes which are important issues for workers to solve.From the perspective of Grassroots Tax authorities,this paper studies and analyzes the tax related network public opinion management of Q district tax bureau in B city.Through the use of public crisis management theory,government response theory and "gatekeeper" theory as the theoretical basis of this paper,this paper deeply studies the management of tax related network public opinion.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,a typical tax related network public opinion event in Q district tax bureau of B city is selected for case analysis to explore the problems and reasons in the process of tax related network public opinion management of Q district tax bureau of B city.It is found that the management consciousness of tax related network public opinion is weak,the response speed is relatively slow and the disposal is not professional The problems include relatively backward methods,poor cross departmental coordination and communication,insufficient utilization of mainstream network media platform,disharmonious relationship between the two sides,and insufficient publicity and training for taxpayers.And from the tax related network public opinion management ability,responsiveness,check,mechanism and tax collection and management and tax service and other aspects put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
