As our country is developing and the society is advancing, the labor guaranteesystem ofour country becomes more perfect. The labor guarantee supervision system provides pressingguarantee and technical support to the illegitimate and unfair events of labor market, and itprotects the labors’fights. The implementation of the system takes on important meaning andapplied value to our country’s labor guarantee system.The labor protection supervisory organs of AnShan need a set of computers softwaresystem for office automation, impetus the development of electronic government affairs. This computer software system must adapt the demand of labor protection supervisory workenvironment in present stage. This project will enhance the working efficiency; promote the operation of the government transparency and openness. The organs entrust AnShan Hi-Think Computer Technology Company with this software system.This thesis is based on the human resource market information system of AnShan City. Afteranalyzing the operation flow and problem of the labor guarantee department, it designs andimplements the labor guarantee supervision and management system. Firstly, the thesis introduces and analyzes the business instance of the labor guarantee supervision department of the human resource market of AnShan City, and analyzes recent developments of the labor guarantee system. At the same time, itgives the basic introduction about the technology of the project and the development environment of the system. Secondly, according to the requirement of this labor guarantee department and operation flow, it designs the basic framework of the system, and presents the implement scheme around Struts. And then, based on analyzing the actual business, gives the detailed design of the different modules of the system, and gives the implementation. In the last section, the system is tested.After the system online, it meets the needs of labor supervision management quit well. The system integrates all the business processes of AnShan labor supervision and reduces the workload of the operators. Thus the efficiency of Hangzhou labor supervision has been greatly improved.
