The retorement works management etc. According to the five Isurances, salary & benefit, it can forms automatically the analysed cart, and report of insurance, salary & benefit, Also forms the decision report for reference and putting in practice. This system adopts windows graphical interfaces. There's the menu.the toolbar, the functional list bar and the status bar on it which give the help on line at the real time. The clientside needs windows 98 (Chinese edition) or the edition over it. Of Microsoft company , The operating system of the server in LAN uses windows NT over 4.0 . The system of database adopts the pattern of client /server. The management system of database on the server side uses Oracle 7 of Oracle company.
