Labor market is an important part of china socialist market economy and one important market component which is the base to arrange labor resource. The labor relationship is the most important economic relationship in modern industrial society. The conflicts of labor realtions in the developing labor market have already become an unevadable sensitive problem which need government intervention and regulation. Labor supervision as a social public function and an important obigation of government is the specific revelation of state responsibility.The thesis analyzes the problems and reasons of the changes of china labor market and labor supervision. Sometimes these bring about the direct conflict of labor and capital and become mass disturbances for the intervention of government not in time which make the labor market out of order and affect the stablity of society. One important reason of the problems in labor supervision is the lag of the building of Informationisation of all-level labor supervision institutions,the gatherings of the situations of enterprises are not enough and the ways to supervise is lackbehind and often passive.The thesis analyzes the importance of the intervention of labor supervision in the running of labor market and the adjustment of labor relationship combining theory and practice from the angle of mordern information technology and labor market supervision to answer the assumption that the way to actulize the total supervision must hinge on labor supervison information system based on modern information technology and information from enterprises.
