A Research On The Construction Of Learning Organization In ZGSW Magzine

With the rapid development of science and technology, we have entered the era of knowledge economy. The large amount of knowledge and rapidly growing knowledge update is unbelievable. For any economic entity, in order to catch up with the dramatic market environment and survive, the laws of development of things must be followed.We must constantly update our knowledge structure, innovate learning mechanism to acquire new skills.In recent years, the concept of the learning organization has been widely concerned by global management scholars. Learning organization conforms to the needs of the modern market economy.It is important to improve the quality of individual employees, through organizational learning and continuous innovation to obtain self-transcendence and implementation, and ultimately to improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.For building a learning organization, this paper discussed the learning organization theory, content and model, analyzed the development stage, operation mechanism and core content of constructing a learning organization.It can be looked as a theoretical guide to build a learning organization.In this paper, We take ZGSW magazine as a research object. We conducted a study to analyze the current internal conditions and external environment of building a learning organization.After discussing the necessity and feasibility,We think a learning organization is the power source of self-transcendence for a traditional media’s integration, reform and innovation.This paper analyzed the current primary magazine issue,Combined with theoretical knowledge of building a learning organization.On this basis, We designed and proposed a learning organization overall program and implementation measures to optimize the organizational structure, establish the learning mechanism.For this purpose,it provides a practical method. I hope this can be helpful for the development of ZGSW magazine and play a reference role for the same type journals to construct the organization and management.
