Research On The Development Path Of Jiangxi's Science And Technology Innovation Under The Background Of Yangtze River Economic Belt And Inland Open Economy

With the continuous advancement of the socialist modernization process,the Yangtze economic belt has become a new engine of China's economic development.A series of policies introduced by the state to accelerate the opening up of the inland areas have made the "dividend" of opening up no longer exclusive to the coastal areas,and the inland areas can also catch the fast train of opening up.The combination of the double strategies of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the inland open economy has brought new opportunities for Jiangxi's scientific and technological innovation.Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and factor analysis(FA)are used to evaluate the differences and influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation capacity in the Yangtze economic belt,and to calculate the overall ranking.On the other hand,our thesis evaluates the changes and main influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation development level of Jiangxi Province from 2010 to 2019 by using entropy method.According to the evaluation results of the two index systems,the key influencing factors are found,the optimization strategies are summarized,and reasonable measures are taken to increase the input of the positive influencing factors and restrain the development of the negative factors.Insufficient investment of R & D funds and lack of technological talents are the main obstacles to the sustainable development of scientific and technological innovation in Jiangxi.Combining the analysis results of the Evaluation Index System with the successful experience of inland open economy at home and abroad,in order to improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation in Jiangxi,we should promote the core competitiveness of pillar industries,strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in technological innovation,train and introduce export-oriented scientific and technological talents in all aspects,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,deepen the reform of scientific and technological system and mechanisms,and strengthen open cooperation and sharing,blaze a way for the development of science and technology with Jiangxi Characteristics.
