The Open Three-dimensional Web Virtual Laboratory is a kind of Computer Software combined with network, multimedia, virtual instrument which used to simulate the real experiment. It uses multimedia technology to create virtual lab environment on the computer, providing operational virtual experiment instruments, allowing the operator to complete the experiment on the internet through realistic interactive interface of human-computer, creating a new mode of experimental teaching, while providing integrated network management function. Network virtual laboratory as an open experimental platform, through the computer network system, the teachers and students will not be restricted by time and space, can operate selected instrument of the network virtual laboratory freely, without concerns at anytime and anywhere, access to all kinds of information, such as the operation records and teachers’evaluation, etc. timely. Through the simulation compared with true spectrogram, and analyzing the data obtained from simulation, the virtual lab can stimulate operators’ interest to explore, and will certainly have an enormous application value.Thermal analysis is a dynamic temperature analysis technique. The test results of it can be affected by many factors, in turn affecting judgment on the properties and processes of the material, so analyze the impact of various factors on the analysis of the curve is very important. The heating rate and the amount of samples was extracted as the main factors of thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry, by means of analyzing the both experiments. Based on the influence of the sample size and heating rate curves these two key factors on the curve of thermal analysis, the mathematical model is established, through the transformation algorithm built the program simulated peak between theoretical models and arithmetic of programs,in the range of certain parameters, established the model of TGA theory, researched the influence on the thermogravimetric curve simulation of different parameters and collection, storage, overloading and analysis capabilities of the spectra data. It shows that the theoretical model constructed is reasonable, reflecting the influencing law of parameters on the peak of thermal analysis, contrasting between the simulation results and the real experimental results of the peak. The virtual laboratory has a higher interactivity and simulation, established on the basis of mathematical model.Based on experiments theory and characteristics of the spectrum of TGA and DSC, with Copper sulfate pentahydrate、Hydrated calcium oxalate and PET experiment data for reference, established the process model of TGA and DSC theory which can be simulated in the virtual Lab, researched the simulation to influence on the curve, heating rate and sample size. Realized the open and extended functionality of the virtual Lab through the parameter interface which can extend the database of sample parameters provided by the zlimsX virtual experimental platform, since such research experimenrs can be converted into virtual experiment quickly and experimental teaching can achieve the effect of "often do often new", fully reflecting the huge advantage and potential of the virtual Lab.
