With the development of the computer technology, virtual reality technology has become increasingly widespread range of applications, from the initial military training, aerospace and industrial design extended to the field of education. At the same time, the virtual reality technology is used in the field of education to promote the rapid development of the virtual laboratory, and then,take the network as the carrier of the establishment of the virtual laboratory for education and scientific research put forward a new model. With the development of virtual laboratory, building techniques and methods are constantly changing, single virtual technologies and methods have been unable to fully meet the needs of the users. Currently, the virtual laboratory has been developed from the original two-dimensional scene for the whole three-dimensional scene, evolved from stand-alone virtual laboratory to the interactive networked virtual laboratory by connection with the database. The emergence of networked virtual laboratories can greatly stimulate the user’s interest in learning, to promote the user to explore the desire to experiment, therefore, the network virtual laboratory will certainly explore new teaching model have a huge reference value.X-ray diffraction analysis method is widely used in the field of material analysis, is one of the most modern analytical chemistry influential cutting-edge research in the field. X-ray diffraction analysis of the features are:do not damage the sample, detect fast, clean, measurement accuracy, get the completeness information about the crystal. The mechanism of X-ray diffraction is more complex, and difficult to use intuitive way to explain it in a real experiment. At the same time, under the influence of the sample particle size, scanning voltage, current scanning and scanning range and many other factors, the experimenter can get different X-ray diffraction results.Therefore, this article built an mathematical model with the angles, FWHM and scanning voltage and current variables to simulate XRD peak, by theoretical models and algorithms to convert programs written built between peaks program, in certain within the parameters of the variable range can be achieved under different parameters peak of dynamic simulation and spectral data acquisition, storage and spectral analysis. This theoretical model based on X-ray diffraction analysis of virtual laboratories with high degree of reduction and degree of simulation.Based on Virtools, fusion 3ds Max, Flash and PHP variety of techniques, the establishment of a network of multi-functional three-dimensional X-ray diffraction analysis of the virtual laboratory. Build process by using Virtools the BB module and VSL (Virtools Scripting Language) language combination to achieve a virtual experiment in interactive process, simulated spectra, crystal microstructure of the samples was observed and the outbreak of the X-ray diffraction process. Using Virtools and Flash technology combined mode virtual instrument development workstation and use PHP as a medium between the software to realize the experimental data and databases in real time to load and save. This virtual laboratory for the study of the establishment of virtual instrument opened up new areas, but also for the establishment of a new instrument training, personnel training, experimental teaching model of the foundation.
