Solid nuclear track detection technology is a particle detection technology widely used in astrophysics,archeology,environmental detection and radioactive particle research.The existing statistical method of solid nuclear track is mainly based on artificial,so it is difficult to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of measurement.In particular,the existing methods for the statistics of solid nuclear track parameters are limited to two-dimensional information,ignoring the nuclear track depth information.A solid state nuclear track three-dimensional measurement system is designed to achieve,by combining the depth measurements and image processing technology,and uses a separate function,independent of the operating software design ideas.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A set of macro and micro high precision displacement platform was designed,in which the displacement accuracy of the macro displacement platform can reach 15?m,and the displacement accuracy of the micro displacement platform is better than 1?m.In the image acquisition,the macro displacement platform is used to realize the scanning and initial positioning of the track traces.In the depth measurement,the depth measurement is performed on a track sheet using the micro displacement platform.(2)In view of the problem that images with less track or the like in the track image cannot be registered and registered incorrectly,an improved image stitching algorithm is proposed in this paper.This algorithm combines the MSER feature with the SURF feature.The number and type of features have been enhanced.Experimental results show that this algorithm can effectively solve the problem of registration failure due to feature similarity and small feature points.(3)For the problem that the four-quadrant photoelectric sensor in the DVD laser head has a high requirement for the reflected light intensity,the DVD laser head based on the astigmatism defocusing principle is improved in this paper.The CCD is used to replace the original photoelectric sensor,and its measurement is improved.The dynamic measurement range also has a good measurement effect for weak reflection surfaces.Experiments show that the measurement accuracy is better than 1 ?m.The displacement sensor is applied to the measurement of the track depth,and the track depth can be effectively measured.Finally,the hardware part of the solid nuclear track 3D measurement system has been assembled,and the various modules of the software system have been implemented.Experiments show that the system can efficiently and accurately measure the track information.
