Expeirmental teaching management platform is regarded as the core both in thelaboratory of the university management and basic transaction management, which is toregulate the lab management implementation information, improve to use school lab resources,to service for teaching better.First of all，this paper birefly descirbed the system which needs to solve the main issues,The summary of that described the system as a whole, analyzed the system’s functionalrequirements, and descirbed the s’ystems requirements. Second, this paper carried out theoverall design of the system based on the requirement analysis. This paper determined thedevelopment of this system platform and system architecture, and then descirbed the threemajor the design of function modules in detail*Including students，teachers, administratorswho are involved in.Then，this paper discussed the system’s technology implementation, anddescribed some representative examples of the implementation. The end, summairzed thedevelopment and design work, and elaborated further development and expansion of the workrequired in the system.The system adopts Visual Studio2008development. To develop the basic steps of thissystem are demand analysis, system concept design, logical and physical design, systemimplementation. That can carry out courses arranging management, equipment management,laboratory management, laboratory management, course management? and the function ofbasic information inquirement. The function of the system that is relatively comprehensive andeasy to use，has a certain practicality. System test shows that the system attains the designrequirements.
