Applying Agile Thinking Of Network Management Software Project Management Research

With the development of Computer Science, the complexity of the software system increases rapidly because of its programme architecture. Besides, there is high requirement for resolving masses of statistics timely. The network management software, especially the software for Tier one operators have more requirements on security, stability and software quality. The whole software project doesn’t only need high-quality human resources, abundant funds and sufficient time, but also demands of an outstanding methodology of project management. Thus how to get success in the competitive and changing market by finishing the software project with eligible technology and satisfied services in shorter time than other competitors is important. And the key to get success is effective management.Firstly, it is analyzed present conditions of the network management software systems, clear about the work flows, the achievements based on traditional Waterfall model. On the foundation of current system, an analysis about the overall structure, subsystem partition functionalities on individual phases of the Agile Development merged structure is performed.The discussion focuses on following approach:How to merge the Agile Development methodology into current project management and utilize it in various dimensions during the process in a dynamic environment.The paper summarizes the development of methodology for software project management. It proposes the main problems generated under the traditional project environment, like lack of management when meeting the emergency, e.g. Through the research and analysis of agile development, the agile-merged way is introduced into the process of software development, testing as well as the whole system. Basing on this, the method is tied up with actual implement cases during the work, and it melts with the project management. The statistics carried out from multiple projects proves one conclusion:the approach of agile-merged can take control of the process well by dynamic adjustment and rapid communication, comparing to the tradition way, it can maintain the advantage from traditional way, but keep the balance between the both.
