Architecture Design And Development Research Of Information Management System Of Peasants’ Homesteads For Handan

Land is the special carrier which the humanity cannot leave. As the continuousincrease of the population, the sustained development of the economy and the constantexpansion of city, the land resources became insufficient. Meanwhile the information ofhomestead of urban and rural was updated frequently.The homestead of urban and rural refers to the land for housing construction byfarmers, which is different from the city residential land and is an integral part of thenon-agricultural-construction-use land. Besides, the delay of laws and regulations forthe management of homestead and the relatively poor level of management lead to theproperty rights dispute of homestead, serious waste of land resources and many otherproblems. So, to make the information managing more standardized and scientific andto improve working efficiency and managing level of government and relevantdepartments, it is imperative to consider information management for the auxiliary ofguards on homestead of urban and rural. With the advantage of Geographic InformationSystem (GIS) in the management of spatial data and attribute data, based on the spatialdata model of Geodatabase, we bring forward a construction and a scheme of theinformation management system for homestead of urban and rural, which can play theimportant role in government information management, Analysis and assessing,decision-making.In this paper, through an analysis of the current situation of land management athome and abroad research, in face of the information which is large, resourcediversification and changing frequently, the traditional management methods cannotmeet the demand of the land management department. Combining with thecharacteristics of rural homestead land type again at the same time, the informationabout land data is converted to spatial database data available. And further to spatialdatabase technology in the homestead data management made a detailed analysis andShows the unique advantages.In this paper, starting from the practical demand of rural homestead management,through the deep analysis to understand the characteristics of land management, put forward the design goal of system, and on the basis of the management system for theoverall structure design and function design, and also we analyzed and designed theinterfaces between function modules. On the structure of the overall design, we buildthe background of database management and design the function module in detail. Andaims at the homestead management methods and management environment, put forwardwith the system to adapt to the development of technology. On the basis of thedevelopment of a functional module, thus form a database information managementsystem for rural homestead management.As an aged city, Handan has long history and unique local culture. Along with thedevelopment of economy and the urbanization steps, it is especially essential to reformthe village in the city. During this process, it became the inevitable question to occupyfarmers’ land, especially the homestead. The homestead data is in large quantities, froma variety of sources and frequent change, which has typical characteristics ofmulti-source and heterogeneous. In this paper, based on the spatial data model ofGeodatabase, we bring forwards a series of complete and practical design project of theinformation management system for homestead of urban and rural.
