With hierarchical user management system and software research project management system, after user login, online create, design, modify, view, manage survey project database.APP client using C/S mode, the process is mainly used in scripts, Client program is based on the Android platform that can be deployed on mobile phones, tablet computers and other equipment, the main task is to receive the survey project database from the server, the user can APP open questionnaire survey information is entered and stored, will be in the form of a specific result data to the user. The APP can back up the database itself, but also all the results can be submitted directly to the server, or APP transfer data stored in the form of export to the server or other clients.Traditional paper-based questionnaire survey method as the main carrier of the relative, and the solutions have to collaborate easily iteration, the advantages of ease of deployment, which not only broke through the limitations of traditional paper questionnaires printing costs, but also to break the limitations of text information can only be collected Not only can capture multimedia information, you can check the validity of the data, logic verification, etc., to achieve the first scene control. But with the development of society, scientific research demand has increased. The traditional paper questionnaire is hardly able to meet the needs of researchers in time, money and human resource utilization.2. PC platforms based CAPI system, in partially solved the problems in questionnaire developing, electronic conversion and high human resources occupancy rate. But it brought a rise of cost of capital, network and power dependence, as well as raise of novices threshold and other series of problems.3. The design of the system in the paper, traditional PC for data management and questionnaire produce by the mobile client questionnaire entry solutions, solved various problems that the questionnaire and traditional PC platform based CAPI system unable to solve.4. Through the practice tests, this solution can be successfully applied in the public health survey.5. The solution has remarkable advantage over traditional survey tools.
