Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Personnel Management System Based On C#and SQL

As the improvement of both computer software and hardware technology, personnel resource management has entered an era based on database technology and information management system technology. Establishing a perfect enterprise personnel information management system has become an indispensable condition.In order to improve the office efficiency of enterprises, this paper designs a convenient operation of the personnel management system, it implements the addition, modification, query and deletion of the information from employee personnel files to internal daily affairs in an enterprise; those series of information can be stored in Word files to save or print; and for different users the system sets the permissions according to the circumstance, thus it can guarantee the security of system data, and can make the system with high generality; By combining with the data base management software-SQL Server, safety backup and recovery of enterprise personnel information can be achieved. This paper starts with the development and implementation of the HR system, combines with the software engineering theory, and adopts object-oriented technology and UML modeling method with the advantage of rapid development and easy maintenance for the design and implementation of the system. The structure of the system is based on C/S, and developed on Windows XP. The Microsoft Visual C#is used during the development, also the ADONE technology. The data store is based on SQL Server2005.Six function modules are realized in the system, including basic information management, personnel management, memos, database, tools management and system management. The data of all the departments is stored in the database server and managed by personnel resource system.Finally, the functional testing for each function module is carried out and the test results meet the design requirements.
