After the birth of micro-blog, network anti-corruption as the main front quietly changed. In a way, the World Forum, the local forums and civil rights sites have been replaced by the micro-blog,and it has become the most important role of impeach.On the micro-blog, everyone forms a kind of "self-Media’, the boundaries between imparting and receiveing information is not so clearly as before, information has been communicated in a model of’second interaction", the information disintermediation in the micro-blog is becoming no-medium, the traditional lead review becoming into the rear review, that make the micro-blog become a timely, rapid and extensive monitoring tools in anti-corruption. However, the micro-blog also caused a very imbalance situation, micro-blog as a form of social media, make the conflict with the privacy of officials. Privacy interests within the framework of the legal norms of civic expression and officials weigh the practical problems that we need to think.Current micro-blog anti-corruption exist two outstanding problems in the legal aspects——privacy of officials and citizens protection of freedom of expression, the two were discussed in this text. Literature analysis, case analysis, text analysis were combined in this text, and ten typical micro-blog anti-corruption events were selected in the past two years. The characteristics and causes of the micro-blog anti-corruption. the involved officials privacy limit and applies its protection regulation, the limits and its protection of citizens’freedom of expression.
