With the deepening of the information society, more and more mobile base stations are built in commercial streets, residential and other densely populated areas. Meanwhile a variety of electrical devices emitting electromagnetic waves lead to complex electromagnetic environment for mobile base station. Although the number of mobile base stations have very much, but the mobile communications network is constantly evolving, the need for more base stations need to be a new type of construction. In spite of the large amount of existing base station, with the developing of mobile communication network, more base stations of new type are needed. In the same time, much more attention is paid to the impact of base station electromagnetic radiation, which brings a stricter request for base station location. A reasonable location of base station not only has to meet the demand of signal power, but also has to ensure that the strength of electromagnetic radiation would not lead to harmful impact on human body. Thus an electromagnetic radiation prediction system for base station is needed to simulate the impact of a certain location of base station.Based on the above background this paper researches the impact of base station electromagnetic radiation and the implement of electromagnetic radiation prediction system for base station in complex electromagnetic environment. The main research in this paper includes the following four parts:a) Introduce the basis of electromagnetic and electromagnetic radiation biological effect mechanism and electromagnetic radiation standards at home and abroad, and the impact on human body of base station with excess electromagnetic radiation under complicated environment.b) Proposal of ray tracing model for wave radiation prediction under complicated environment based on characteristics of base station antenna and wireless propagation characteristics. The ray tracing model calculates field strength of the direct field intensity, reflective and diffraction field strength, and the received power and average power density of wave propagation.c) Implementation of system for wave radiation prediction of base station under complicated environment based on the Windows operating system. Development of this system, which accelerate the calculation algorithm when simulate environment with highly undulating terrain and complex ray tracing through doing Daubechies4wavelet transform to smooth terrain and reduce the complexity of rays.d) Research on protection of radiation caused by near field electromagnetic radiation based on the applicable environmental limitations.
