In this paper, the characteristics of the refined grain storage monitoring, virtual reality technology to expand the technical problems of food monitoring study, design and implementation of a set of three-dimensional refined grain reconfigurable practical application monitoring platform, and verified by testing platform designed to meet the food surveillance needs.Refined grain reconfigurable three-dimensional monitoring platform is in the Refined food surveillance applications of virtual reality technology, the barn interior scene with three-dimensional display and fast way to build a three-dimensional scene.By sending the refined barn temperature and humidity data collected by wireless sensor network to the server, the client receives the server message of the refined barn then updates dimensional control interface.Meanwhile, the platform to adapt to different application scenarios designed and implemented refactorings.Compared with the existing wired Grain monitoring systems, wireless sensor Grain Monitoring with easyto layout, multi-parameter monitoring, large coverage, easy upgrades and other advantages. Compared with existing2D monitoring system, three-dimensional interface reflects an intuitive spatial layout of the refined grain barn, allowing users to achieve the immersive feel. Based on three-dimensional virtual reality technology reconfigurable control systems not only meet the demand for refined grain monitoring, and because the three-dimensional control interface can display vivid refined grain barn internal situation, so that staff immersed in the virtual scene, without based on the increased costs to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff. Major research paper are asfollows: 1. the monitoring platform uses virtual reality technology to achieve a three-dimensional monitoring of refined grain barn. According to the internal grain stacks’and sensors’distribution constructed corresponding three-dimensional scene, and three-dimensional display of refined barn interior layout.When the temperature and humidity sensors pass over the threshold values, changing the color of their three-dimensional scene, and through zooming and rotatingthe refined barn from different angles to monitor the local and global state.2.Monitoring platform designed with an open interface, monitoring platform can be reused. Without changes to the monitoring software, you only need to create a new database on the three-dimensional scene and change the system can easily be applied to other monitoring scenarios to achieve reusable software, reducing the cost.3. Underlying data collected by wireless sensor networks will be sent to the server, the server notifies the client to parse the data after update interface. Staff can monitor remotely through the client refined grain barn status and privileges according to their corresponding operations on the underlying network.
