Virtual reality technology is a method used extensively in many fields, Blending the technology of Virtual reality with on-the-spot and far monitoring system is a new technology, whose goal is to build a high-harmony personal machine interface by using optical , musical , audio and two-dimension virtual scene, achieve mutual control of virtual scene and on-the-spot information, and embody the harmony of man and machine by using visible environment which combines machine with on-the spot sense.This paper is based on the technology of virtual reality, it introduces three-dimension virtual scene into monitor, studies the module system's structure of on-the-spot monitoring system , puts forward the general technology and capacity research , then gets the modeling module , controlling module ,man-and-machine interaction module, data exchange module, and builds laboratory system for a material controlling object, finally it gets a better effect.This system can not only monitor all kinds of data, but also locate the data in PC memory by using it's man-machine interaction module, Implement no-slot joint with corporation. It's man-machine interaction interface has plenty of function, which makes the user can run the monitoring system easily, the OPC sever&client can simplify the complexity of data exchange in the roboticized system, so this paper can make a complex engineering control easy. This research can be a basic step for the next investigation on the synthesize automatizing system, also as a Design- and -application flat roof suits for high-intelligent controlling system.
