LTE terminal testing instruments are used in development, production, network certification, maintenance of LTE terminals, and efficient test instruments have an important role in promoting the development of LTE industry. The work of this thesis is an integrated part of terminal testing instrument project. This paper mainly completes the framework design of LTE terminal testing instrument of non-signaling testing scheme, and realizes the LTE non-signaling fast power measurement and completes terminal fast power calibration function. The main contents are as follows:Chapter I analyzes research background on the design and implementation of LTE terminal test equipment and non-signaling fast testing scheme. Chapter II describes the hardware and software architecture of non-signaling testing framework in detail, and analyzes the main advantages, implementation process and the main design points of non-signaling testing framework.Chapter III elaborates the concrete realization of LTE non-signaling fast power measurement, and emphasis the design of process, the design of synchronous mode and the details of the test sequence design.Chapter IV describes the core part which is the physical layer software of LTE non-signaling fast power measurement in detail, and introduces the physical layer interface and process, detailed design of each module.Chapter V comprehensively analyzes, validates and summarizes the function, accuracy, efficiency of LTE non-signaling fast power measurement, and confirms the effectiveness of LTE non-signaling testing scheme.Chapter VI summarizes and outlooks the full thesis.The research result of this thesis has been commercially available to the LTE terminal comprehensive testing instrument, and the joint test of design scheme with manufacturers has been completed, and the test efficiency has been improved apparently compared with original power calibration scheme which bases on signaling mode.
