This article analyzed "the mutual influence of traditional media and the network of public opinion" through literature data method, mathematical analysis and case studies. In order to find some issues of guidelines and formation of public opinion on the network which are under traditional media.According to the above problems, we propose the following suggestions:1. Because of objective reasons, the traditional media is unable to publish news, explore the truth and pay attention to the development trend of events in time at the beginning of the unexpected events. Traditional media should make deeper psychological analysis on netizen and set options so users can choose to think, which also play a role in guiding clear negative emotions.2. Traditional media should guide the development trend of network public opinion by providing relevant information in sports emergencies process. It can focus on the importance of leaders. And learn to divert Internet users’ irrational emotions by using the leaders’ opinion. For traditional media, the training of the leaders should not only establish the authority for the author, commentator, host and other individuals, but also focus on strengthening the authority of traditional media as a whole.3. In the late effects of unexpected events in sports, Such as newspapers, magazine layout content of positive energy, radio, television production release and actively guide the correct values of the program and so on.4. Nowadays micro blogging has become an important source of social information dissemination. Micro blogging of traditional media’coverage of the mainstream crowd is larger than any other organization. Covering power and influence of the mainstream media micro blogging will be further enhanced. So traditional media should pay more attention to the operation and management of official micro blogging.5. The development of relevant laws and regulations is not yet perfect according to use the Internet for publishing false information dissemination and other aspects. As for individual users, the network releases false information is difficult to define, inadvertently carry forwards are appropriate sentencing also legal issues to consider when formulating simple be qualified figures are not widely guiding significance. So it is urgent for the current network publishing false information deliberately developed more in line with the characteristics of the Internet, more effective laws and regulations.
