The Comparative Study On The Narrative Of Traditional Media And Network Media In Reports Of Emergencies

With the trend of media convergence is becoming increasingly apparent,The narratives of traditional news,especially from newspapers,are different from the narratives of internet news.The inform of change is a revolution in the dual context of the new media and the narrative framework of traditional news.The narrative of traditional news focus on analying discourse,stories and narrative behavior,but,the comparative study of the online news and traditional news can not avoid focusing on narrative context.Narrative differences between the Internet and traditional media can not be separated from the context in which they generated,The context of news text gradually changes from authenticity to openness,The socio-cultural context has changed in the three dimensions of the media environment,the media technology and the audience needs,The change in the context of the macro narrative provides space for the microvariation of the narrative subject and the perspective and narrative text.Characteristics of emergencies makes traditional media and online media reported differently.Similarities and differences of narrative are more obviously.News text eligible for the study on the theory of dimension and content features.Therefore,newspaper news and online news in the case of the shipwreck of the "East Star" have some representativeness as objects of textual analysis.After using a method which is combining text analysis with content analysis on 188 news texts,and discourse analysis on specific news texts,we discovered inclusion:the subject and text In the narrative context have shown new features like,the narrative subject from single to Multiple,the principle of narrative perspective which is subjective perspective is mainly and Composite perspective is subordinate.The narrative space of the story is transformed from a single space with text to an independent interpretation of flow and virtual space.The story structure changes the three-quarter plot structure to the micro-content module narrative structure.The discourse structure of the narrative text maintains the traditional inverted pyramid structure,at the same time,new media explore diamond and honeycomb structure.In textual discourse rhetoric,the presentation of numbers becomes intuitive and visible due to media technology.Narrative timing,speed and frequency in narrative texts show different characteristics in traditional media and internet.The prototype of news discourse is discontinued in the new media context and does not have the powerful narrative efficiency of traditional media.Under the comparative study,we can see that both traditional media and online media coexist with each other in news narration.The online media keeps on transforming narrative of news while maintaining the traditional narrative.The traditional media also actively learn from the new media's narrative strategies.Undoubtedly,this is one of the ways to transform the traditional media,and the exploration of the interactive narrative mode by the online media is its future development trend.
