Research On The Interaction Between Traditional Media And Social Media Agendas In Public Emergencies

Emergencies often result in heavy casualties and property damage.Under the background of the universal popularity of social media,this article takes the theory of agenda setting originated in the West as the basic theory,takes the information dissemination of public emergencies in China as the research object,and discusses the interactive laws of traditional media and social media.Our purpose is to promote the prevention and effective disposal of public emergencies.This article uses the literature research method,comparative analysis method and case analysis method.The article examined major public emergencies that occurred between January 2015 and December 2017.Then,this article makes a detailed analysis of the interaction between traditional media and social media in the context of emergencies.So we can sum up the laws of interaction between social media and traditional media.Furthermore,we analyzed the effectiveness of the interaction between the traditional media and social media.Finally,we put forward suggestions for doing a good job of interacting the agenda between traditional media and social media.
