Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of Office Electronic Equipments Based On B/S Architecture

At present, with the rapid development of information technology, the wide applications of the electronic equipments provide more and more convenience to the office automation. At the same time, this puts forward higher requirements to the management of the electronic equipments in many companies. In order to meet the new requirements of current development of information technology at work and to prevent unnecessary losses caused by the electronic equipments’ missing, we need a management system of the electronic equipments to administer the equipments’ real-time number and use management accurately. The system achieves the purpose of the electronic equipments’ network and household register management.In this thesis, we build a system framework of the management system of the electronic equipments based on B/S model and Struts framework. The modules of the management system are detailed studied and designed. The primary works in this thesis are presented as follows:(1)The research status of the information management system at home and abroad are deeply studied and analyzed, and the relevant technologies of B/S model, Struts framework, the system authority management, SQL Server and Web are deeply discussed;(2)The needs of the management system of the electronic equipments are detailed analyzed from three aspects of the design objective, the function needs and the performance indexes. Based on the needs of the system, the framework of the management system is planed and the primary modules’ functions are designed;(3)By taking a full consideration to the needs of the management system, the key modules of the system are detailed designed and implemented. In addition, several functions’ implement of the system are detailed introduced, such as the modules’ configuration of the electron carriers’ management, the operation flow and the authority settings of the database system;(4)The application effect of the management system of the electronic equipment is shown and the main function modules of the system are tested and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the system.Through the management system of the office electronic equipments, the administrators of all the departments can write, modify, query, and delete the information of the electronic equipments so as that the management departments can always master the information of the electronic equipments of all the departments of their own. The system provides the function of the household register management more accurate and the real-time management. The system can reflects the information’s changes of the equipments in time, so as to supply a new technical means for the electronic equipments’ security defense under new situation. The system takes place of the manual model, raises the work efficiency and starts a new thinking and a new way for the management of the office electronic equipments.
