Design And Implementation Of The Household-register-style Fire Safety Management System Of Deyang City

With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the city population density and building density have been gradually increasing, meanwhile, the various fire hazards also come up. In recent years, our country put a high premium on the establishment and promotion of fire safety management system. An excellent fire safety management system is the bulwark of people’s normal life. In order to make the fire safety management work more scientific and standardized, De Yang City decides to make a household-register-style fire safety management system which is suitable for its actuality by applying information technology.This dissertation takes the existing fire safety management method of De Yang City as the main object of study, it researches and analyses the current measures, management system, fire facilities and fire emergency plan related to fire safety management, meanwhile, it also analyses the kinds of fire safety management methods and mature computer systems at home and abroad. Finally, this dissertation accomplishes the household-register-style fire safety management system by applying the most advanced computer software development technology, database technology and mature system architecture model.The chief study contents are as follows:1) The study of the interaction between the society units and the fire control institutions.Base on the study of the business information between the society units and the fire control institutions, and the requirements of of information transmission between them, this dissertation found a proper solution from the perspective of information technology. This solution can guarantee the timeliness, accuracy and security of fire safety information, thus it can ensure the high work efficiency of the fire safety management work ultimately.2) The study of the method to manage the fire information of the social units uniformly.Through the applying of computer information technology, this dissertation can accomplish the uniform management of the relevant fire information of the social units, including the basic information, building information, fire management system information, fire safety training information and so on. By using the uniform data field, data format and storage mode, it realizes the uniform management of the different information of different units.3) The design and implementation of the household-register-style fire safety management system.Based on the study of the theory of software engineering, the knowledge of system architecture and database technology, by analysing the business requirements of the fire safety management, this dissertation accomplishes the system architecture design, function module design and database design. As to the system implementation, this dissertation takes Visual Studio.NET 2008 as the development tool, it implements this system by using ASP.NET development technology and SQL Server 2008 database technology.
