Research And Implementation Of Household Registration Management System For Tianjin Special Equipment

With the deepening of the informatization construction, the information is to be usedmore widely and quickly. At the same time, the important information about relationshipbetween national security and interests is also under threat. The special equipmentscarrying the important information of management become the key and difficult point forthe city authorities’ management.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of special equipmentmanagement work in the city, combined with relevant regulatory requirements, putsforward the new concept of special equipment for the household registration management,designs and implements the household registration management system of the city’sspecial equipment. Main functions include: collecting the basic information of the device,setting up the equipment household registration archives, extending the onlyauthentication, inspecting equipment state, access controlling, etc. According to thefunctional requirements, the system adopts B/S and C/S structure, uses SQL Server2005database to establish detailed "household registration archives" for the special equipments;Using the digital certificates puts equipment ‘s "registration number" and "userauthentication" on the same hardware device (USB-KEY), to achieve "one machine, oneperson, one KEY"; Establishing a unified management center controls the device accessnetwork; Using the anti-counterfeiting technology prevents staff from removing andrefitting equipments; Also with the method of remote inspection, implementation of thespecial equipments can be controlled at any time.
