The household register management is the foundation of supervisory work of various public security department in our country, and on the basis of this work. Before various departments have used the manual mode of administration. However, with the arrival of information age, the population's unceasing migration, moving into, transferring out bring inconveniently to the management, the information of registration could not be promptly inquired, each kind of data could not be fully shared. For the better maintenance social order, we must strengthen the management, use the advanced science and technology and the management positively raises the working efficiency. Realizes household register management computerizing, may simplify the tedious working pattern, and enhances the household register management the working efficiency. In the use computer is friendliest, the most convenient Windows contact surface to enter the system, uses the mouse, the keyboard relaxed to complete the data the input, the browsing, the inquiry and the statistical operation.The introduction and the state of art for the household register managementsystem were given and the main problems which should be solved were talked about.We also talked about the target, design rules, system architecture and system functionmodules, and analyzed the core business, user interface design, system interfaces. Alsothe techniques were provided.Here are the key problems:First, make the user of the system could work more easily. Moreover, on theprecondition of solving the problems, every componets of the system should beimproved.Second, on the basis of the distribution techniques and component techniques, theinformation system was divided into three blocks: representation logic, business logic,and data management. The RMI techniques in Java were used to realize the three-tier architecture and distribution application.Third, with the extendible design concepts, the generalization and flexibility was demonstrated via the design of the business procession classes and interfaces.Fourth, in the system under the premise of security, ensuring that users use the system in the course of personal information is safe and prevent the disclosure of user information.
