Household Register Management System Of Taxpayers In Tax Bureau

At present, with the rapid development and wild application of computer networks and communication technology, network and paperless office have become the mainstream of modern office methods. As one of the third pilot units in the "Golden Taxation Project" of the State Administration of Taxation, The Inland Revenue Department of Inner Mongolia developed a special "Integrated Collection System" (rent version) in 2004.During previous year's operation, the system has improved local tax office efficiency and its results are remarkable. However, the defects of ineffective querying, insufficient user-friendly in querying, lack of evaluation function and so on have appeared in concrete usage. For the above defects, the paper aims to develop a set of "Taxpayers' Household Register Management System". With reference to the scheme of household registration management by police station, the data in the system should be exported, reprocessed and then optimized, so as to achieve diversification in querying and regular assessment. The paper focuses on B/S (Brower/Server) Framework, so that the system will be unrestricted to platform, the client's load simplified and the cost and effort in the maintenance and upgrade reduced; SQL Server2000 database that is easy for configuration and meets internal use in tax system is chosen to be used.At present, the development of the system has been finished, which is running effectively in the Inland Revenue Department in Kundulun district of Baotou and whose stability and reliability are verified. According to working practice and reality, the paper explores taxpayers'querying and the demand and realization of management, with the efforts, it has good reference value in the development of a large-scale, multi-tasking and high-stability tax management system.
