In this era of knowledge to dominate the economic development, the enterprise tostrengthen the management of knowledge and information whether, will directly influence thedevelopment of enterprises. According to the actual situation of the factory production and management,combining with the characteristics of the plant’s production and application of a large numberof demand analysis, to the factory production management system for overall scheme design,and has carried on the preliminary implementation. After practice shows that the productionmanagement system in the application of the steel casting factory, not only for enterprise ofthe integration of existing resources played a role, but also for cheaper production costs forenterprises, to enhance the efficiency of production has played a key role, significantlyincrease the economic benefit of enterprise.First of all the plant’s production processes and management methods carried outextensive research and user requirements of a careful analysis, in which the user demand forthe plant and the development of the system in hardware requirements in terms of overallanalysis; Secondly according to the result of requirement analysis for the overall design of theproduction management system and main function design of finished steel foundry productionmanagement system in this stage of the overall system architecture design; Then completedthe system design and implementation in detail, mainly describes the smelting schedulingsubsystem and integrated query subsystem detailed design based on Web and programmingimplementation; At the end puts forward the system of security solutions and independentcompleted the system security design.
