Research On The Structure And Integrated Tecnology Of The ERP System In Networked Manufacturing Environment

Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system into the modern management thinking, fully integrated enterprise resource information in all sectors, and to provide enterprises with policy-making, planning, control and evaluation of business performance management platform, comprehensive and systematic. With the development of the global economy and the aggravation of the market competition, the increasingly close cooperation between enterprises, especially the emergence of Alliance the traditional enterprise resource planning system can not meet the networked manufacturing environment.This article proposed the necessity of study the network-based manufacturing ERP system based on the trends in analysis of network manufacturing and enterprise resource planning system. It studied the architecture and integration technology of the network-based manufacturing ERP system, combine the based on the scientific and technical project of Ministry of Education, it solve the production planning problem which members make the planning though the internet use the remote core resources rational on the network-based manufacturing ERP system, and response to the market opportunities.This article establishes the structure of the network-based manufacturing ERP system from the functional view, information view , organization view, resource view and process view and multiple views, etc combine the characteristics of networked manufacturing.This article study on the task decomposition of the network-based manufacturing ERP system, use the methods of the project management work breakdown structure (WBS) and modular and achieved the task distribution with the method of multi-target contract net protocol. This system realized the plug and play which utilized the CORBA (ORB) middleware, achieved the integration about the functional, information, resource, effectively. Focus on the discussion about integration of the process and scheduling methods to develop production plans and conflict digestion.Based on the above theoretical studied this article make the ASP as a tool to complete the prototype system design and development about the network-based manufacturing ERP system.
