Computer software as a new force, the suddenness of a thunderbolt tothe impact of each enterprise, as a modern enterprise to develop for a long time, thenimprove the management, timely, rapid and accurate access to information, the use ofadvanced technology has become a necessary condition. Purchasing as an integral part ofenterprise operation, natural need a reasonable, efficient management system to control.The wave of the digital, paperless office era have brought some facilities for procurementmanagement, procurement management system come into being.The system consists of four modules: system management, project management,equipment management, vendor management; system management, including rightsmanagement, user management, log management. Rights management: control namelysystem login/logout and for different role can access to the resource type; usermanagement: user additions and deletions; log management: the system automaticallyrecorded in the system do login/logout and modify a resource operation. Projectmanagement, including add, modify, query information project. Add project information:this function can be done only by the project manager; modify the project information: thisfunction can be done only by the project manager. Equipment management including add,modify, delete, query information of equipment. Add a device information (based onproject to add equipment, namely the first needs of the project, after the project associatedequipment): this function can only be done by purchasing personnel; change equipmentinformation: this function can only be done by purchasing personnel; remove deviceinformation (based on project to remove equipment, remove the associated equipment inthe project in): this function can only be done by purchasing personnel. Vendormanagement including add, modify the information of manufacturers. Add a manufacturer information: this function can only be done by purchasing personnel; modify themanufacturer information: this function can only be done by purchasing personnel.This paper first used JSP, Servlet, Extjs, Struts, iBATIS and other related knowledge,briefly introduces the design of purchasing management system needs, so that readers havea preliminary understanding on the need to design the system of knowledge. Next is theanalysis of the system, mainly is the demand analysis, then the overall design of the system.The last is the realization of the system and introduces the prototype system.
