With the continued development of the global economy and scientific and technological advances,the modern logistics is developed apace in the global scale,as an important component of the national economy and the industrialization process in the most economically reasonable comprehensive service system.To become competitive market players,it is necessary that information technology tools must been used to shape the form of advanced logistics services.The system overall design has been carried on from two aspects of the system logic structural design and the technical program realized,and each module of the system has been designed scrutinizingly,and the modern logistics information system has been constructed,through to analysing the modern logistics management's demand,and using the Struts frame technology.The logistics information system functions include post verification, modifying password,user supervision(adding user information,changing user information,deleting user information,and enquirying user information),car source information management(adding cars source, changing cars source,deleting trucks source,and enquirying vehicles source),the logistics consignment process(inquirying vehicle source information,filling in the dispatch list,pinpoint the receipt dispatch list),invoice note management(inquirying the invoice note,deleting the invoice note),and management of customer shipments(adding the customer shipments,delete the customer shipments,and inquirying the customer shipments).Each function module design is achieved by dividing into persistence layer(Persistence Layer),Business Logic Tier(Business Logic Layer),control layer(Controller layer),View layer(View layer) and so on four layers.The difficulty and workload of system development are simplifyed,and the system manageability is improved.The characteristics of the system rests with using Struts framework for hierarchical design,the Ibatis persistence layer design,the design of generic modules,as well as the business processes design coinciding with the modern logistics management.The system performance is improved with lazy loading when the Ibatis persistence layer is designed. Speaking from the management level,logistics management personnel regardless of when and where they are able to make use of the network quickly and easily to search the vehicle information,customer orders and customer information,can implement all-the-way tracking to the logistics, grasp the cargo consignment situation,guaranteed that the shipper and the consignee carry on prompt processing to the cargo,can also cause the logistics enterprise according to the actual situation,completes each preparatory work in the operation process,and makes timely accurate handling to the emergency.
