Nowadays, the competiton of the medical market is becoming increasingly fierce; Kunming Pharmaceutical Group faced with tremendous pressure and challenge, and the direct to consumer marketing model has been unable to meet the needs of the group. In order to gain a foothold in the fierce competition in the medical market, Kunming Pharmaceutical Group decided to reform their own marketing mode and management mode, mainly using compound marketing mode with terminal and channels combined, and with the support of advanced Internet and information technology, to establish the pharmaceutical marketing management system to improve the Group Marketing management ability.Based on the characteristics of Kunming Pharmaceutical Group Pharmaceutical Marketinganalysis, combined with the current popular development technology, the system mainly selects B/S framework which is easy to expand, facilitate the deployment for development, and combines the MVC design pattern with Struts2, Spring and iBatis three framework technologyto design the system. In the design of UI system, mainly using the traditional HTML and CSS technology and the emerging JQuery technology, to design reasonable layout and dynamic calibration system page. In the aspect of database design, the main choice of large relational database is Oracle 10g as the database platform, combining the characteristics of the database, security and operational data, to storage and access to system information data.The Pharmaceutical sales management system is mainly divided into six layers, which are medical terminal management, channel management, sales team management, sales target management, marketing and product management, reporting and business intelligence management. The user can maintain the relevant information including the terminal material, terminal sales,terminal service; The system can make information management about business customers, sales channels, channel inventory, sales agreement and business flow, and can complete the work report, follow-up evaluation, management route and marketing expenses record, and thesystem has the ability to collect sales data and analyse the sales targets; Also it can be defined and decomposition, and carry out the decomposition of the review index and operation of index adjustment; maintenancing the system file information, project bidding information, event information; In addition, it can query all the system diagnosis report, running Kanban andbusiness reporting information, and exporting and printing operations on the information needs.Kunming Pharmaceutical Group, after useing the medicine marketing management system, can combine the terminal with channel management, marketing information effectively. And through the use of the system, manager can master sales trends of the pharmaceutical market, according to the dynamic analysis, control and management within the group,to enhance Kunming Pharmaceutical Group’s marketing ability, and making the group embark on the the fast lane of development.
