The wireless network technologywas developed base on the multisevice and high-speedrequirements of mobile communication.the latest application is reflected in the constructionof large-scale LTE (Long Term Evolution) networks and the global rapiddevelopment.Based on the wireless network data service, LTEprovide so many datas.Different from the2G and3G, the LTE is considered to be wireless data communicationplatform with the hornor of ‘One Click Is Enough’and ‘technology constantly improving’. Toachieve high bandwidth and low latency purposes,LTE networkuses adifferent technique inthe network structureand the wireless interface.The LTE make the interoperability become aserious problem between old and new networks, especialy in the voice service.LTE voice solution isone of the key points in the LTE network and terminals. LTEnetwork is totally based on the packet-switched architecture,which can not providecustumers with voice service in the circuit-switched network. We need to implement theIMSnetwork to make the VoLTE work. However, it is impossible in the early days of thenetwork implementation.In this paper,according to the operational characteristics of LTE, the currentdevelopment of the network,the carry ability of2G GSMand3G WCDMA network, theinvestigation and analysis of the situation, the future users was analyzed andforecast.Through the scientific forecast traffic distribution, rational distribution fo thenetwork and balancing traffic, the key areas of networks and expected traffic are given.Basedon the depth study of the LTE principles, network architecture, and several keytechnologies,combined with empirical data LTE trial network, the construction principle ofthe LTE network was confirmed. In this paper the main research contents are as follows:Based on the analysis of2G,3G and LTE on the network architecture and signalingflow, SV-LTE:Simultaneous Voice and LTE, CSFB (Circuit Switched Fallback) and VoLTE(Voice LTE) are on the dual standby solution LTE voice service in the currentimplementation are summarized and compared,analyzed their advantages and disadvantages.Through the solution design of a city Unicom LTE network voice service, that universalcoverage and completely replace3G network in the future before LTE implementation. CSFallback is a feasible scheme.It is a relatively simple voice solution in the industry doesn’timplement VoLTE solutions. And will keep the existence in a fairly long period of time.Through the discussion of LTE implementation technology principle, requirement ofvoice drop etc, The suggestions on the network structure of LTE voice serviceimplementation are proposed.
