The Ministry of industry and Commerce issued LTE licenses in 2013, China entered the 4G era of rapid development. Because of the rapid construction of LTE network and the popularity of intelligent terminal, mobile communication users increased year by year. The operators do not have to transform the core network by LTE network construction early. LTE network can only carry data services, but not carry voice service. CSFB technology can solve the LTE network can not carry voice services.We focus on the problems and solutions of CSFB implementation in LTE network in this paper. The signaling acquisition instruments for paging 4G, 4G release, 2G access these three stages, summed up the problem of locating the appropriate process, and then study the appropriate action. Through practical application, test collection tool to solve practical rationality CSFB technology used in LTE network issues through the three stages of the process and the signaling fault location. The method has been used in this paper the actual system, which provides high-quality services to China Mobile CSFB contributed.In this paper, the CSFB problems were discussed in the voice business stage, still need further improvement. The actual project uses many of the problems may be encountered. We need to constantly sum up experience. The CSFB problems study and improve in the phone is switched 4G / 2G network joint registration, the handset and return to the 4G network, CSFB call setup delay, etc.
