With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the official commercial of LTE network,China Mobile communications network has entered the era of 4G.LTE in the voice service according to the carrying scheme can be divided into two categories that are voice service base on traditional 2G/3G network and base on LTE network.The implementation scheme of 3GPP standard is the use of CSFB(circuit switched fallback),which speech business down to 2G/3G network,and VoLTE(Voice over LTE)which is on IMS(Integrated Multimedia Service)network to achieve voice service in LTE network.Because LTE network in the originally design is to solve the high-speed data transmission services,and the carrying schemes of the LTE voice services started relatively late.With the rapid development of LTE network construction and business,LTE voice service base on CSFB will be relatively long period of time in using.This paper first elaborated the development status of wireless mobile communication technology at home and abroad.And because of the characteristics of the LTE network technology,it proposed that researching how to improve CSFB voice services is very necessary,and it proposed the research objectives and contents.Secondly through the relevant introduction of the LTE network technology,the paper proposed the related basic technology principle of CSFB as one of the solutions of LTE voice service.Finally,through the combination of theory and practice,and the combination of the dynamic test and the new model evaluation,put forward the strategies of improving the performance of CSFB related technology.And through building the platform of CSFB signaling analysis,it established CSFB Quality monitoring,evaluation method and later optimization strategy.
