Hydraulic control and transmission technology has become an important technology of industrial automatism, and it is the key component of mechanic-electronic. The electro-hydraulic control is one of the most vivid branches of this technology. Proportionalun it do not need a high requirement of the cleanress of media but rather cheaper, and the staticand dynamic responding supplied can meet the using requirements in most industrial fields, and in some fields is no worse than servo valves. The Proportional control technology has a broad prospect in industrial application. However, at present the constructing of closed loop control system using proportional electro-hydraulic control valve is not very frequent in engineering applications. Because its designing theory is not very satisfied by normal use, and it needed to research further. So, the research to this proportional closed loop control system has an important theory value and application meaningIn this paper, we introduced the development and research status quo of electro-hydraulic proportion system, used the main equipment—entrance transporter of the electrolytic anticathode remanet-lead's washing product line as our research object. In order to control the speed of the washing lift equipment, on the basis of the analysis of the components of the slicing washing machines, design the lift equipment, and selected the components like electro-hydraulic proportion throttle,Hydraulic Motor,velocity sensor and so on appropriately, and designed the electro-hydraulic proportion speed controlling system of washing lift equipment of the slicing washing machines with reason. Then we set up a mathematical model of the valve controlling motor on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the valves' integrated utilization. Finally, we used Matlab (an engineering software) to analyze the stationary and dynamic properties of each makeup procedure of the system, designed the logical adjuster, to make the capability of the system better satisfied the industry need.
