In the design of modern experiment system, it is a hotspot of research that how to simulate a complex electromechanical equipment’s work cycle by using of the loading device, aiming at problems that the master students lack the ability to integrate theory with practice, Xi’an University of Architecture&Technology and institute of mechanical and electrical technology research and develop the mechanical and electrical equipment’s digital load experiment system based on electro-hydraulic proportional control on the basis of meeting the needs of scientific research. To realize the design、 development and experiment process of the actual working condition’s simulation for the mechanical and electrical equipment by use of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve which have excellent control and economical properties. The experimental results show that this experiment device can realize the design of mechanical working condition and can accurately simulate the load change process of the actual working condition which has the characteristics of a simple structure and flexible program design and reliable operation. The main research work are as follows:(1) Design five different loading system experiment according to the composition and working principle of the hydraulic system test bench and setting up each project’s normal and temperature model respectively (Using the HCD library to build the proportional valve’s detailed model), by simulating several typical actual working load to valid the experimental scheme is feasible which can be guidance to do the follow-up work;(2) Elaborating and analysing on the loading principle of proportional valve and the principle of five kinds of experimental scheme, that shows the feasibility of developing digital load experiment system of mechanical and electrical equipment (3) Built with industrial computer as the core of hardware platform, and introduces related to important component;(4) Developing the control platform with industrial PC and using the Lab VIEW software program five loading experiment scheme and the actual working load condition, to verify the accuracy and stability of the experiment scheme by the simulation.(5) we can divide the actual working load into two categories:the pressure load and the flow type load, analysing and summarizing that of the experimental results under different conditions.
