Lithotripsy based on electrical exploding wire as a high power pulse technology asa new subjective developed rapidly in recent decades. It is long time storage of energy,then the stored energy is released quickly, so the application of impulse voltagegenerator can obtain great instantaneous power, pulse voltage, pulse current and shockpressure. Russia first proposed the use of electrical explosion shock wave wire loadmaterial damage caused by the discharge phenomenon. Comparison to the chemicalexplosives and machine breaking the traditional method, using electrical exploding wiredischarge damage has high efficiency, good flexibility, easy operation andenvironmental advantages.To study the effects of electrical exploding wire voltage spiking upward, the firsttheoretical analysis of electric explosion of physical processes and changes in thephysical characteristics, electrical characteristics of variation this process.The charging and discharging process of electrical exploding wire voltage spikingupward effect are carried out theoretical analysis and LTspice simulation software toverify that the effect of voltage spiking upward in process of electrical explosion. Italso needs to establish a complete set of test platform for the adoption of specific teststo analyze the principle of destruction. Through analyzing the exploding charging anddischarging processes, we can grasp the main factors of affecting the magnitude ofexploding wire voltage spiking upward, which lays the foundation for the test platformdesigned to study the effect of voltage spiking upward in explosion.Voltage electrical wire explosion and renewed experimental study on effects aredivided into high voltage DC charging section, the energy storage capacitor dischargecircuit section, select pulse parameter measurement systems, electrical wire connectionexplosive device, which are introduced detailed. The entire experiment platform designprocess revolves around how to improve the electrical explosion shock wave pressure,how to improve the voltage amplitude and spiking upward effect to the destruction.By lowest cost inputs to select the most appropriate components in this processintroduces a method for selecting the storage capacitor charging resistors and protectionresistor selection, three-electrode gap switch can trigger the ball and inductor design andproduction. Finally, the calculation of electric explosion loop resistance value by short-circuittest focus and concentration inductance value. For different initial capacitor chargingvoltage, different lengths and different number of factors related copper wire electricalexplosion experimental study affect the magnitude of the voltage spiking upward. Andthrough the experimental data are summarized influence of different parameters on theeffect of voltage spiking upward.
