Design And Implementation Of Xilinhaote Prefecture Regulatory Charge Management Information System Based On B/S

The toll regulatory work mainly includes supervision covering national, province, city,county four class price departments of administrative fees, license fees for declaration andinspection, statistical analysis and the charging unit net charge, in order to guarantee thenational, provincial, city, the price levels of departments for business statistics and query,statistics and query results consistency, timeliness, speed, integrity and traceability, so it isnecessary to put all the relevant business information using the national centralized storageand management, and develop a set of query management management information system.In this condition, this paper developed a national toll supervision management informationsystem.This paper firstly explains the related theories of management information system andconcept, and then analysis the two kinds of information system framework of popular, is theC/S framework and B/S framework, based on both technology and their quality analysis andcomparison, decided to use the B/S framework to develop system. While the B/S frameworktechnology, several popular asp+sql server, php+mysql, jsp+Oracle, to develop the efficiency,the practicality, economy, safety comprehensive comparison and finally determined usingphp+mysql technology combined economic and practical. To determine a good frameworkand technology, and then through a detailed analysis of the actual demand of national tollsupervision information system, the national toll supervision information system shouldinclude the following function modules: charge information management, licensemanagement, statistical analysis, information release, online inspection declaration, sitemanagement and system management, carries on the detailed introduction and describe thedevelopment of database design and function design, this paper focuses on the chargeinformation management, the security and the realization of system and discusses the test oneone.The national collection management information system realizes the charginginformation unified collection, management and statistics, greatly improving the relateddepartment’s efficiency, save costs and reduce work intensity, achieve high efficiency, science,safety management of the charging information.
